You agree to remit the Transaction Price to the Company via your Issuing Bank through the Payment Facility. You, acting as a Buyer, may consent to modifications regarding Dispatch and/or Delivery times through electronic means and automated features provided by the Payment Facility. Any such alterations must adhere to Payment Facility Rules and Policies. Upon Delivery or non-Delivery within the specified timeframe, you, as a Buyer, must promptly notify the Payment Facility through the appropriate Company Website channels. Failure to do so will be construed as deemed Delivery for that Transaction. For Cash on Delivery transactions, confirmation of product or service receipt is required to finalize the order. If you receive damaged goods, you have 14 days to claim a refund of the Transaction Price as your sole remedy. Failure to submit a refund claim within the stipulated timeframe renders your ineligible for a refund. You understand that the Payment Facility may not be fully available for certain product categories or Transactions as outlined in the Policies, potentially affecting your refund entitlement. With the exception of Cash on Delivery transactions, refunds will be issued through the same Issuing Bank where the Transaction Price was received. For Cash on Delivery transactions, refunds will be issued via cheque or demand draft based on Buyer registration details. Refunds will be denominated in Indian Rupees and will match the Transaction Price received. Electronic payments will be refunded through approved methods such as NEFT/RTGS or other online banking systems sanctioned by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Refunds are conditional and subject to recourse by the Company in case of Buyer misuse.

The company holds the authority to set restrictions on the volume of transactions or their corresponding prices originating from individual valid payment methods, whether it be credit/debit cards, bank accounts, or any other authorized financial instruments. This includes transactions facilitated directly or indirectly through payment aggregators or RBI-sanctioned channels. Furthermore, the company retains the right to decline processing transactions that surpass such predetermined limits.

2. In cases where buyers have a track record of questionable charges, including but not limited to breaches of agreements with the company, violations of laws, or charges imposed by issuing banks, the company reserves the right to reject processing their transactions.

3. The company may conduct necessary checks before accepting payments or commitments from buyers, particularly in cash-on-delivery transactions, for security purposes or other considerations at its discretion. If these checks reveal doubts about the buyer's credibility or the genuineness of the transaction, the company reserves the right to refuse payment acceptance.

4. All valid payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash, are processed through appropriate payment gateways or systems, subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon between the buyer and the issuing bank or payment instrument provider.

5. Online bank transfers from valid accounts are facilitated through gateways provided by respective issuing banks, which support payment facilities for users. These transactions are also governed by terms and conditions agreed upon between the buyer and the issuing bank.

• Any post-delivery damage or loss to the product is not covered under this program and is the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers should reject delivery if the item is damaged.

• Fraudulent charges and claims are exempt from replacement/return policies.

• Blacklisted and Blocked customers are not entitled to replacement/return policies.

• Filing disputes against the Company does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. The Company will validate raised disputes and may only process legitimate claims.

• The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or costs incurred by customers.

• Claims stemming from customer remorse, such as accidental purchases or changes of mind, will not be entertained under this program.

• The Company reserves the right to take legal action against users who file invalid or false claims, providing false, incomplete, or misleading information. Additionally, the Company may suspend, block, or disqualify users from program benefits.

• Decisions made by the Company regarding replacement/return policies are final and binding.

• The Company reserves the right to alter or terminate replacement/return policies without prior notice to users.

• This program does not cover claims for losses due to delayed shipment or delivery by the Company.

• Disputes via Chargeback are not covered.

1. CB Pending: Buyer is yet to receive the item. A refund will be processed following dispute protocols.

2. Unauthorized Chargeback: Buyer denies making this transaction. Refund procedures will align with dispute policies. The company acknowledges that providing accurate invoices is its foremost responsibility. It is imperative that invoices display "Powered by Company"; failure to comply may result in chargebacks.

3. Discrepant Item: The item does not meet the Buyer's expectations. Disputes will be resolved per established policies.
